This sequence of 26 postures and two breathing exercises requires only natural range of motion movement yet offers immediate and noticeable benefits even after the first class. The postures systematically work all the internal organs, veins, ligaments, and muscles. Every part of your body is addressed in this class and given what it needs to function. Designed to provide the maximum therapeutic value of Hatha Yoga in the most concise and  fun sequence. Expect to feel fantastic after your first class. 


Inferno Hot Pilates

High Intensity Interval Training Based on Pilates Principals. Inferno Hot Pilates is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. Practice is on a yoga mat. This is a zero impact workout. Therefore it is safe for joints and muscles unlike other exercises that require running or jumping. Fundamental Movement

This class is open to everyone who is interested in getting to know their own body and explore movement. No prior training or knowledge is required. The techniques I present adapt to any body type and are meant to strengthen self awareness and expression. The goal of this class is to empower participants to establish an honest, respectful and loving relationship with their bodies.
