High Intensity Interval Training Based on Pilates Principals. Inferno Hot Pilates is an intense, full body workout designed to strengthen muscles, increase flexibility and improve overall health. Practice is on a yoga mat. This is a zero impact workout. Therefore it is safe for joints and muscles unlike other exercises that require running or jumping. Inferno Hot Pilates creates a stronger core, long lean muscle mass and burns fat. Look for quick, visible results..

This class is open to everyone who is interested in getting to know their own body and explore movement. No prior training or knowledge is required. The techniques I present adapt to any body type and are meant to strengthen self awareness and expression. The goal of this class is to empower participants to establish an honest, respectful and loving relationship with their body.
